I was not consuming a lot of alcohol so I had no idea what the cause could be.
Until I started tracking my sleep and realizing how little truly restful sleep I was actually getting. I would go to sleep at night and wake up many times throughout the night, unable to get back to sleep because “monkey brain” was kicking in.
